Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced specialist to support our Dealer Network in diagnostics, repair technologies, and technical issue resolution. If the automotive world is your passion and you enjoy working with people, this role will be a great fit

We want you to:

Provide Dealers with expert support in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair technologies.

Handle technical inquiries from Dealers and Customers regarding vehicle operation, maintenance, and service procedures.

Use dedicated diagnostic systems and databases to identify and resolve technical issues.

Support processes related to translating technical information and literature, including proofreading and ensuring access to updated resources.

Create and update technical documentation based on provided materials.

Prepare analyses, statistics, and reports within assigned areas of responsibility.

Monitor and analyze quality-related cases concerning products and service processes.

Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Verify the accuracy and compliance of repairs with technical guidelines and manufacturer standards.

Support Dealers in interpreting quality procedures and improving service quality.

Prepare quality reports and recommendations for process improvements.

About you:

Higher education in a technical field.

Strong knowledge of the automotive industry.

Professional-level understanding of vehicle engineering.

Hands-on experience in automotive repair.

Independence, responsibility, and initiative in completing assigned tasks.

Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, and willingness to share knowledge.

Openness to continuous learning and skill development.

High personal culture and a customer-oriented approach to delivering high-quality support.

Good command of English, including technical terminology.

Category B driving license.

Willingness to travel for business purposes.
