We want you to:

-Prepare, follow and revise technical documents related with responsible areas
-Troubleshoot, resolve and report production process, machine and quality issues.
-Actively role on new model project management and control.
-Support to production department on technical & training subject.
-Develop basic equipment concept for new equipment or modification existing, follow purchasing and installation.
-Innovate and implement cost reduction and quality ideas.
-Follow ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 procedures and instructions

You will also need to have:

Bachelor's degree in Electric, Electric&Electronic and Mechatronic Engineering from reputable universities
Minimum 1 year of experience in Automotive Field especially in vehicle electronics.
Advanced level of English in writing and speaking
Analytical mind for root cause analysis and decision making
Ability to work effectively cross-functionally and cross-culturally
Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Autocad, Catia, etc.)
Strong verbal & written communication and presentation skills
Ability to operate in challenging situations within timing constraints
No travel restrictions and capability of driving
