• Prepare, follow and revise technical documents related with responsible areas
• Troubleshoot, resolve and report production process, machine and quality issues
• Actively role on new model project management and control
• Support to production department on technical & training subject
• Develop basic equipment concept for new equipment or modification existing, follow purchasing and installation
• Innovate and implement cost reduction and quality ideas
• Follow ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 procedures and instructions

You will also need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Automotive Field especially in vehicle electronics
• Advanced level of English in writing and speaking
• Analytical mind for root cause analysis and decision making
• Ability to work effectively cross-functionally and cross-culturally
• Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Autocad, Catia, etc.)
• Strong verbal & written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to operate in challenging situations within timing constraints
• No travel restrictions and capability of driving
• Reside/Willing to reside in Kocaeli
