Training Academy Department Lead
Job Description

We want you to:

  • Management of all Sales and Aftersales trainings and training related activities. In particular;
  • Create of training strategy and curriculum based on need analysis
  • Develop and implement of training methods for application
  • Development of new training programs (Leadership trainings, special contents etc)
  • Customize and adaptate of training courses and materials delivered by Hyundai headquarters (HMC & HME) based on needs and culture.
  • Manage national skill olympics / coaching and organizing attendance to global competitions (Sales and Aftersales).
  • Annual budget preparation regarding trainings and related activities.
  • Management of training team both non-technical and technical
  • E-learning creation and Management of LMS (Learning Management System)

You will also need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities' related fields
  • Capable of planning and organization,
  • Strong analytical aspects, giving importance to details
  • Result-oriented working, effective in problem solving.
  • Interpersonal, communication, collaboration skills, open to change and innovation competencies
  • High level of computer literacy; advanced level of MS office knowledge is required
  • Having experience in automotive business or with similar responsibilities is a plus
  • Advanced level of both written & spoken English
