We want you to:
- Conduct the selection and recruitment processes of blue collars; including sourcing making job interviews and improving the recruitment processes,
- Responsible for blue collar career management including performance management, promotion & rotation process,
- Manage disciplinary processes,
- Participate in the preparation and implementation of HR related projects,
- Provide guidance to workers regarding HR procedures.
You will also need to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (especially in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Economics)
- Min 2 years of experience in HR functions; especially in recruitment,
- Preferably have a broad knowledge of HR disciplines and practices,
- Strong planning and organizational skills with analytical approach,
- Advanced level of written and spoken English,
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools and reporting skills,
- Knowledge of SAP HR Module is preferable,
- Residence/Willing to live in Kocaeli.
