Product Specialist
Job Description

We want you to:

  • Prepare and execute product plans for assigned products
  • Lead product planning activities for new launches, including pricing strategy, trim strategy, price proposals, and positioning charts
  • Collaborate with HME and HMC on all product-related matters
  • Support the marketing communication and PR teams with advertising materials, brochures, launch events, and all product‑related content
  • Monitor and analyze ODMD reports, market trends, competitor pricing and campaign activities, and provide monthly analyses and reports to management
  • Identify market requirements for current and future products
  • Propose product development opportunities and cost‑reduction initiatives
  • Support the training department by delivering product training for dealer sales teams
  • Conduct regular dealer visits to closely follow market trends and gather field insights
  • Report directly to the Product Department Lead

You will also need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in relevant fields
  • Experience in the automotive industry, preferably with light commercial vehicles, is an asset
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Effective team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently when needed
