Paint Warehouse & Logistics Specialist
Job Description

We want you to:

  • Monitor and track warehouse materials to ensure availability, accuracy, and compliance with departmental needs.
  • Perform and coordinate regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and update records accordingly.
  • Follow up on purchasing activities, ensure timely delivery of materials, and track order statuses.
  • Support budget tracking by monitoring spending against forecasts, preparing periodic budget analyses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify alternative materials and suppliers for existing inventory items.
  • Prepare and present regular departmental reports including weekly reports for management, monthly budget updates, and shutdown preparation plans.
  • Actively participate in shutdown planning and execution, ensuring materials and resources are available.
  • Support weekly manager meetings by providing data-driven insights, updates, and summaries.
  • Track and report departmental KPIs to support performance management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve warehouse efficiency and cost control processes.

You will also need to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management, Economy
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Minimum 2 years experience of Warehouse and Logistics Management
  • Good command of MS Office, SAP Programs
  • Strong analytical & reporting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
