We want you to:
- Conduct dealer & sales related process audits based on Annual Audit Plan (30% onsite audits & 70% office works)
- Defining audit issues by understanding company policies, rules & procedures
- Attending to onsite dealer audits, check dealer records, invoices, sub-documents, procedure compliance
- Attending to internal process audits
- Perform pre-investigations about ethics violation cases
- Analyzing & reporting audit findings
- Suggest countermeasures and improve operational processes
You will also need to have:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, economics, accounting or industrial engineering
- Min 2 years' experience as a dealer auditor or worked in sales related departments such as Sales, Sales Planning, Process Improvement or Dealer Network Management
- Working in the automotive industry is a plus
- Advanced level of both written & spoken English
- Excellent reporting & presentation skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Well-organized, a self-motivated with enthusiasm and initiative, management processes improvements oriented
- Proactive, a learner and able to work effectively within the team
- Have no obstacle to travel
- SAP knowledge is an asset (SD or FI preferred)
- CIA & CPA certification is an asset
- Process compliance or fraud audit experience is an asset
