Field Quality Analysis & Improvement Engineer
Job Description

We want you to:

•    Aftersales warranty part analysis & management
•    Executing reclaim (charge-back) processes with supplier
•    Performing burden ratio agreements and following
•    Improving and analyzing customer quality indices 
•    Performing and analyzing external surveys 
•    Preparing analytical reports and dashboards for decision-making

You will also need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
    (Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive, Metallurgical and Materials, Electrical etc.)
  • Experience in customer quality, warranty, claim management or supplier quality
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
  • Good communication and reporting skills
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
