District Parts & Service Manager
Job Description

We want you to:

  • Support and guide dealers to implement Hyundai strategies & programs to improve After Sales business and maintain Hyundai standards (facility, manpower, After Sales processes) with regular dealer visits.
  • Analyze dealers part & labor sales, profitability, customer satisfaction performance & KPI and create necessary action plans for the areas of improvement.
  • Guide dealers about customer complaints to take proper actions and keep the standard processes to drive a consistent customer experience and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support and guide dealers in order to achieve parts and accessory sales targets.
  • Follow up and analyze skills of dealer staff and find out improvement areas and support them with on the job training and/or to have training organized by Hyundai Academy.
  • Follow up Brand Identity standards both at facilities and customer communications.
  • Guide dealers to do necessary local marketing activities in line with HMTR strategies and standards to penetrate their region and support their sales.
  • Assisting Dealer Network Department during new facility opening, dealer termination and renovation of existing dealers.
  • Conduct market researches, define needs of customers and share necessary information with Field Service Manager.
  • Reporting regularly about dealers After Sales operation to the management. (weekly, monthly, annual).
     

You will also need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical Engineering)
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English
  • Analytical thinking
  • High proficiency in PC skills (Microsoft Office)
