Customer Quality Engineer
Job Description

We want you to:

  • Analysis & follow up Europe & Domestic field claims
  • Joint investigation with suppliers for part r/cause analysis & improvements
  • Prepares various reports about quality issues, test and improvement studies
  • Makes the necessary interventions to solve technical problems
  • Follows up corrective & preventive activities
  • Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports
  • Regularly supplier visit & actions confirmation

You will also need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical and Materials Engineering or in related fields
  • At least 2 years of QA/QC experience
  • Experience in automotive sector is a plus & Knowledge of IATF 16949
  • Having knowledge and experience with Trim Part Group (Injection process knowledge is a plus),
    Core Tools (PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA etc.), CATIA and GD&T
  • Excellent command of both written & spoken English
  • Excellent command of MS Office programs
  • Analytic thinking & ability to analysis of complex problems
  • Team player, self-motivated and analytical minded
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
