Responsible for monitoring and resolving quality issues related to electrical and electrical components, including high voltage EV systems (Battery Packs, Inverters, On- Board Chargers)
Perform in depth root cause analysis using diagnostic tool (CANalyzer, INCA) and interpret DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Code)
Analyze CAN/LIN bus communication data to detect abnormalities and signal errors affecting system performance
Perform field investigations, part return analysis, and failure reproduction on test vehicles
Collaborate with R&D and suppliers to validate software updates or hardware modifications as part of the corrective action process
Monitor warranty and field claim data using internal systems and identify recurring electrical failure trends
Participate in software calibration reviews & technical meetings if needed
You will also need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, or Automotive Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in Quality Control or Quality Assurance.
Knowledge of automotive systems, including transmission systems, powertrain components, electric vehicle systems (battery, inverter, motor, charging systems), and manufacturing processes.
Experience in quality analysis, data analysis, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
Experience in modeling, simulation, and interpretation of test data is preferred.
Familiarity with quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, and IATF 16949 requirements.
Knowledge of CAN and LIN protocols, in-vehicle communication systems, and automotive diagnostics.
Experience in vehicle and/or component testing, validation activities, and data acquisition systems is preferred.
Familiarity with CANalyzer, INCA, and CATIA is preferred.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical thinking, teamwork, communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
