We want you to:

• Follow up & report assembly line problems, develop and implement solution to support effective organization
• Perform regular line process check, complete car quality problems investigation, study for inspection improvements
• Have active role on new car projects quality preparation readiness
• Track 3M & dealer claims, implement new inspection methods to prevent problem leak
• Prepare and revise inspection standards and follow up specifications & regulations
• Manage problem countermeasure development and confirmation 
• Evaluate approval for part EO & car body fitting process
• Participate corrective and preventive activities, meetings
• Contribute for daily quality audit meetings
• Analyze & report quality trends 
• Perform shop based process audit

You will also need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering faculties (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Metallurgy & Material etc.) 
• Excellent command of both written & spoken English
• Excellent command of MS Office programs
• Knowledge about Catia & Auto Cad, SAP Module
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, reporting and organizational skills
• Result and customer oriented
• No travel restrictions and capability of driving
• Reside/Willing to reside in Kocaeli
