Role Summary
As Sr. Strategy Leader, you will drive the translation of strategic business priorities into concrete commercial plans, leading cross-functional initiatives to shape product launches, market strategies, and customer engagement while providing data-driven insights to support long-term growth.
We want you to:
- Translate high-level strategies into actionable sales targets, marketing and products campaigns, and customer engagement plans
- Support the development of short-and long-term sales and marketing strategies
- Skilled in creating and presenting plans supported by solid financial analysis
- Define the new launches launch strategies and orchestrate the organization to plan and act accordingly with proper governance
- Perform detailed research on competitors, including product launches and marketing tactics
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, customer behavior, and relevant economic factors
- Actively contribute to the continuous innovation and optimization of company policies, procedures, and standards
About you:
- University Degree.
- Strong understanding of the automotive market and sales dynamics.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
- Experience in consulting would be a plus.
