Job Description

Role Summary:

As a Service Analyst & Governance Specialist (m/w/d), you will support the implementation of Hyundai Motor Europe’s strategy to deliver a consistently high standard of customer service.This role encompasses the collection, processing, analysis, and reporting of Parts and Accessories data, enabling robust governance practices and informed decision-making across all relevant stakeholders

We want you to:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on Parts & Accessories performance across NSCs, Distributors, and dealer networks by tracking key KPIs
  • Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities using data insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance reviews.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Ensuring adherence to governance frameworks, policies, and compliance standards.
  • Supporting service improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and controls.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in the Automotive or FMCG industry, at national company or regional HQ level
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations, particularly within the automotive spare parts sector
  • Knowledge of workshop and body shop operations, as well as spare parts components, would be considered a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and Power BI or similar tools for data analysis and reporting
  • Strong operational and process management mindset, with the ability to design, optimize, and continuously improve workflows for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Solid understanding of customer journey dynamics, including customer service, sales, aftersales, and dealership operations within automotive or similar environments
  • Excellent communication skills, combined with a collaborative, team-oriented approach and a strong focus on achieving measurable results
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a strong advantage
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of AI concepts and practical applications, with the ability to translate emerging technologies into business-relevant use cases considered a plus
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in German or another European language is an added advantage
  • Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities, with a structured approach to managing multiple tasks and competing deadlines
  • High level of execution discipline, ensuring timely delivery of tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
