We want you to:

Sales Performance Management & Reporting

• Weekly: Sales forecast reports to RHQ and HQ
• Monthly: Sales performance reporting and sales data management
• Quarterly: Preparation of RHQ meeting materials for corporate operational planning

Business Planning

• Establish annual and mid- to long-term sales targets
• Conduct market demand research and forecasting

Vehicle Supply Coordination

• Collaborate with the plant, RHQ personnel, and related teams to manage production, orders, shipments, and inventory
• Prepare materials for RHQ-led supply planning meetings
• B2B Sales Support for Embassies and Local Offices
• Support sales operations for key embassy and government-related B2B customers

Qualifications:

Necessary Qualifications

• (Important) Must hold Czech permanent residency, citizenship, or any visa status that allows local residence and employment.
• Tourist visas, student visas, Working Holiday visas, or any short‑term stay/employment visas are not eligible.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Proficiency in Korean (Native), Czech (business level) and English (fluent communication in all business situations)
• Strong documentation, communication, and networking skills
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• In accordance with immigration laws, applicants currently under criminal trial or those who have been sentenced to imprisonment are not eligible.

Preferred Qualifications

• Major or work experience in planning, market research, or sales planning
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related industry
• Possession of computer literacy certificates
• Possession of data analysis certificates
• Experience using ERP systems
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
