Role Summary:

This role offers the opportunity to support key daily operations within a dynamic automotive environment. You will work closely with different teams, gaining hands-on experience in data management, coordination, and administrative tasks. It’s an ideal position for someone who wants to develop practical skills and contribute to meaningful projects in an international setting.

We want you to:

• Generating and preparing sales reports from the SAP system on a daily and monthly basis
• Preparing order reports and various reports as requested by the supervisor
• Developing presentations and reports for the sales team
• Verifying the accuracy of vehicle registration data
• Ongoing communication with the dealer network, including:

-informing about vehicle availability and stock levels

-monitoring production and order status

-providing logistics and sales-related information

• Handling internal IT systems (including dealer portal and sales systems)

Cooperating with internal departments (fleet sales, Aftersales, Finance)

About you:

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (mandatory requirement)
• Previous experience in a similar role (experience in the automotive industry is an advantage)
• Good command of English (used on a daily basis)
• Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Independence, accountability, and a proactive approach to work
• Teamwork skills and strong communication abilities
