Regional Property Manager (m/w/d)
Job Description

Role Summary:

As Regional Property Manager (m/w/d), you will establish consistent property management standards and governance across European subsidiaries. You will maintain regional portfolio transparency, support facility improvement initiatives and contribute to real estate reviews and investment planning. Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will help strengthen property management practices and support informed decision-making across the region.

We want you to:

 

  • Establish and maintain regional property management standards, procedures and governance frameworks across European subsidiaries.
  • Support the localization and implementation of HQ property management standards and guidelines.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the regional property portfolio database, ensuring accurate and complete property, lease and facility information.
  • Contribute to real estate reviews covering lease conditions, market benchmarks and cost-optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct and coordinate facility inspections across European subsidiaries and monitor corrective and improvement actions.
  • Guide local Facility Management personnel on facility practices, maintenance planning and improvement programmes.
  • Contribute to regional investment planning, project prioritization and management decision-making.
  • Monitor outstanding actions and project milestones, following up with the relevant subsidiary contacts.

About you:

  • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture, Real Estate, Construction Management, Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related field.
  • Bring 6–8 years of relevant professional experience in real estate, property or facility management, construction management, building engineering or a related field.
  • Have experience in corporate real estate or property portfolio management.
  • Understand commercial lease structures, property acquisition and disposal, due diligence, space planning, construction fundamentals, investment planning and budget review processes.
  • Demonstrate experience in developing and documenting business processes, management reports, presentations and business cases.
  • Be confident collecting, validating and analysing property data.
  • Have experience coordinating projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders in an international or regional business environment.
  • Bring advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, reporting and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate strong property and lease analysis, project coordination, professional English communication and report-writing skills.
  • Apply strategic thinking, effective planning, stakeholder management, attention to detail and a continuous-improvement mindset.
  • Ideally, have experience developing processes, standards and governance frameworks.
