We want you to:

• Support engineering and production teams regarding production and quality problems solving
• Propose budget for investment of new equipment and drive these investments
• Produce written reports and make presentations
• To take an active role in the solution of quality improvement activities
• Participating in problem solving teams, execute process improvement projects
• Prepare project outlines, follow up the schedule and budget issues
• Decide, implement and manage KPI (key performance indicators)

You will also need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
• 1-3 years experience in relevant automotive industry
• Willing to work in painting, sealing & coating systems
• Robotic and automation knowledge is a plus
• Advanced level of English in writing and speaking
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, additional computer skills are plus
• Ability to use CAD softwares to understand 2D or 3D design prints (preferably Autocad, Catia)
• Approach for finding cost saving activities
• Knowledge of a wide range of problem solving tools & methods (Root Cause Analysis, 8D, Poke Yoke, Six Sigma etc.)
• Willing to work the shopfloor for sustainable problem solving
• Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members
• Acceptance of overtime working (weekday or weekend) whenever needed.
• Show high sensitivity for 5S and safety topics to improve the working environment.
