Develop, implement, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure maximum equipment efficiency in Paint Shop
Lead and supervise maintenance teams, ensuring daily tasks are completed safely and efficiently
Plan and manage maintenance budgets, including cost-saving
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
Analyze equipment failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
Coordinate with production, quality, engineering, and other departments to minimize downtime and support operational efficiency
Manage spare parts inventory, procurement processes, and vendor relationships
Oversee maintenance projects, shutdowns, and major equipment overhauls.Track and improve key maintenance KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, OEE, and energy consumption
Lead digitalization and reliability initiatives (CMMS optimization, Industry 4.0 tools, condition monitoring systems)
Support energy-saving and carbon reduction in line with corporate sustainability goals
Train, mentor, and develop maintenance team competencies through continuous improvement culture
You will also need to have:
Bachelor's degree from Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, automation, and production systems
Proficiency with SAP PM
Expertise in reliability tools: vibration analysis, thermal imaging
Understanding of energy efficiency, sustainability practices, and carbon neutrality strategies
Ability to interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and engineering specifications
Knowledge of industrial safety standards (ISO 45001), quality systems (ISO 9001), and environmental rules (ISO 14001)
Strong team leadership, coaching, and personnel development skills
Strategic planning and decision‑making capabilities
Root cause analysis and structured problem-solving
Data-driven maintenance planning using KPIs and trend analysis
