We want you to:

• Develop, implement, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure maximum equipment efficiency in Paint Shop
• Lead and supervise maintenance teams, ensuring daily tasks are completed safely and efficiently
• Plan and manage maintenance budgets, including cost-saving
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
• Analyze equipment failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with production, quality, engineering, and other departments to minimize downtime and support operational efficiency
• Manage spare parts inventory, procurement processes, and vendor relationships
• Oversee maintenance projects, shutdowns, and major equipment overhauls.Track and improve key maintenance KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, OEE, and energy consumption
• Lead digitalization and reliability initiatives (CMMS optimization, Industry 4.0 tools, condition monitoring systems)
• Support energy-saving and carbon reduction in line with corporate sustainability goals
• Train, mentor, and develop maintenance team competencies through continuous improvement culture

You will also need to have:

• Bachelor's degree from Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, automation, and production systems
• Proficiency with SAP PM
• Expertise in reliability tools: vibration analysis, thermal imaging
• Understanding of energy efficiency, sustainability practices, and carbon neutrality strategies
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and engineering specifications
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards (ISO 45001), quality systems (ISO 9001), and environmental rules (ISO 14001)
• Strong team leadership, coaching, and personnel development skills
• Strategic planning and decision‑making capabilities
• Root cause analysis and structured problem-solving
• Data-driven maintenance planning using KPIs and trend analysis
