Ordering Analyst
Job Description

Role Summary

As Ordering Analyst, you will support the end‑to‑end flow that brings our vehicles from order creation to final delivery. You will contribute to aligning production capacity, sales objectives and market demand, playing an active role in shaping the monthly carflow. You will oversee order progress, ensure strong data accuracy across systems, and collaborate daily across multiple functions in a highly cross‑functional environment.
 
 
We want you to:
  • Support the overall ordering process, contributing to a smooth carflow from order entry to delivery.
  • Help define and update the monthly carflow, ensuring coherence with sales plans and commercial priorities.
  • Collaborate across functions to balance demand, production capacity and allocation constraints.
  • Manage the complete order lifecycle, from entry to validation and system updates.
  • Ensure product configurations are accurate and compliant with technical and commercial rules.
  • Coordinate with factories and Regional HQ to align production slots, confirm orders and manage exceptions or priority issues.
  • Monitor production progress, vehicle status and delivery timing, and provide regular reporting.
  • Oversee vehicle arrivals to ensure alignment between ordered and delivered units.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to optimizing processes and data quality.

 

About you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Economics or related fields.
  • 2–4 years of experience in ordering, logistics or similar operational roles.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (preferably SAP).
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate a dynamic operational environment.
  • Proactive, structured and comfortable working in a highly cross‑functional context.
