Role Summary:

As a Working Student (m/w/d) in Car Subscription Operations, you assist the team with administrative, analytical, and operational tasks throughout the vehicle lifecycle. This role offers hands-on exposure to fleet management, operational processes, and data-driven decision-making in a dynamic mobility environment.

We want you to:

• Support the Fleet Operations team with administrative tasks and day-to-day operational coordination
• Review and process incoming invoices from workshops, suppliers, and logistics partners
• Assist with monthly closings, cost tracking, and operational reporting
• Maintain fleet documentation and ensure accurate data entry across internal systems
• Update vehicle status and service history to ensure data quality and consistency
• Support operational processes related to vehicle onboarding and offboarding
• Conduct research on suppliers, pricing, and regional operational requirements
• Prepare summaries and recommendations to support operational decision-making
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving processes across the vehicle lifecycle

About you:

• Currently enrolled in a university program such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Mobility Management, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented working style
• Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced operational environment
• Confident communicator when interacting with internal teams and external partners
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Solid Excel / Google Sheets skills; experience with ERP or fleet management systems is a plus
• Interest in mobility, logistics, operations, or fleet management
