Support markets with claim-processing, system, policy and data-quality issues, and improve claim comments and information.

Support Genesis warranty operations, including brand-specific policy interpretation, system and process readiness, and performance monitoring.

Contribute to improvements in warranty data quality, systems, controls and working methods, and conduct market surveys and benchmarking when required.
