Role Summary:

As the Technical Security Management Strategist (m/w/d), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining medium-complexity storage, data center, network, and client/server environments. You will ensure solutions align with industry best practices and/f serve as a third-line point of escalation for global infrastructure issues. Your role includes maintaining enterprise architecture artifacts and delivering digital solution architecture services, including preparing conceptual and logical architecture diagrams to guide technical direction and document future-state architectures. You will collect and analyze business requirements through various methods, expressing them in terms of target user roles and goals. Additionally, you will communicate the local action plan, linking it to the function's strategy and the broader organization's mission and vision, while motivating and leading your team to achieve local business objectives.

We want you to:

  • Bring hands-on experience in managing and securing IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud, and storage systems.

  • Develop and implement strategic IT infrastructure and security plans aligned with business goals and future scalability.

  • Lead and mentor IT teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure high system availability, reliability, and performance through proactive maintenance and optimization.

  • Manage and optimize IT infrastructure and security budgets, balancing cost efficiency with robust service delivery.

  • Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection, and endpoint protection systems.

  • Drive risk management initiatives, conduct security assessments, and lead incident response activities.

  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and best practices to enhance IT operations, security posture, and business continuity.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of cumulative experience in IT, with a significant focus on IT infrastructure management and cybersecurity within EU is a MUST.
  • 5-7 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure components such as networks (LAN/WAN), servers (Windows, Linux/Unix), virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), and storage systems.
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity roles, including knowledge and skills in risk management, security operations, incident response, and compliance.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role, overseeing teams responsible for IT infrastructure and security operations. Demonstrate ability to lead and develop teams, manage projects, and align IT strategies with organizational goals.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP): Demonstrates expertise in information security. Certified Information Security Manager (CISM): Focuses on security management and governance. CompTIA Security+: Entry-level certification validating foundational cybersecurity knowledge.
  • ITIL Foundation: Helps in understanding IT service management processes.
