Role Summary:
As the Supply Planning & Business Management Manager (m/w/d), you will lead business analysis to identify challenges and recommend data-driven solutions across the organization. You will assess and define “as-is” and “to-be” processes, support effective internal communication, and manage stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and successful deli very of business objectives.
We want you to:
- Define and manage the European CO2 management roadmap in alignment with HME mid-term strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with sales planning
- Monitor CO2 performance and supply constraints, identify risks, and coordinate mitigation actions including mix adjustments and contingency planning
- Manage the regional Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand, production, and inventory across European markets
- Coordinate with production plants to align production planning with regional demand requirements and allocation priorities
- Manage order-to-delivery (OTD) processes and contribute to improvements in supply chain visibility, lead times, and stock efficiency
- Define and execute vehicle allocation strategies considering volume, mix, channel priorities, and profitability targets
- Analyze profitability and cost structures (e.g., contribution margin/COP) to support allocation and supply decisions
- Coordinate planning of zero-emission vehicle (ZEV) supply in line with regulatory requirements and market demand
- Contribute to improvement initiatives in supply planning and operational processes
- Manage and develop the Business Planning team, including role allocation, capability development, and succession planning
About you:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in automotive supply chain management, sales planning, or business strategy, ideally within OEM or large-scale industrial environments
- Proven experience in regional headquarters or complex, multi-market and multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with Sales, Production, Finance, and Product teams
- Solid understanding of automotive S&OP frameworks, end-to-end planning cycles, and OEM supply chain structures (HQ, plants, NSCs)
- Knowledge of vehicle production planning, allocation mechanisms, inventory management, and lifecycle planning under supply constraints
- Familiarity with EU CO2 regulatory frameworks, emissions compliance, and the impact of EV transition on supply planning and profitability
- Strong analytical and operational skills including data analysis (CO2, inventory, sales, P&L), KPI tracking, supply coordination, and structured stakeholder communication
