Purpose of the Job
Role Summary:
As Strategic Projects & Digitalization Manager (m/w/d), you lead strategic projects that improve automation, scalability, and operational efficiency across the customer journey. Working at the intersection of technology, business, finance, and operations, you help shape the future of Hyundai’s mobility ecosystem through innovation, AI, and process excellence.
We want you to:
- Lead strategic digital transformation projects across mobility, vehicle subscription, and sales infrastructure functions
- Drive the automation and optimization of sales, financial, and operational processes across European markets
- Manage cross-functional projects involving Sales, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams
- Lead initiatives related to ERP enhancements, e-invoicing, payment infrastructure, and financial automation
- Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to improve sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and operational efficiency
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue growth, and productivity improvements
- Ensure seamless data flows, system integration, security, and compliance across multiple platforms and stakeholders
- Act as project lead for strategic infrastructure enhancements supporting all sales channels
- Develop management reporting and business insights to support data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Manage strategic partnerships with e-commerce, banking, insurance, and technology providers
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the long-term digital roadmap of the mobility business
About you:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in digital project management, transformation, or technology-driven business roles within automotive or mobility environments
- Strong project management expertise with a proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives
- Experience in digital infrastructure, payment solutions, ERP systems, or financial process automation
- Solid understanding of automotive sales processes, digital customer journeys, and mobility business models
- Experience implementing AI-driven business solutions and data-driven decision-making frameworks
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across business, technology, finance, legal, and operational functions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive change in large corporate environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders
- SAP knowledge is advantageous
- Fluent in English; French, Italian, Spanish, or Korean are a plus
