Role Summary:
As the Spare Parts Specialist (m/w/d), you will support the effective coordination of the spare parts supply chain across European markets, acting as a key link between Regional HQ, National Sales Companies, and Mobis Parts Europe. By monitoring performance, providing operational guidance, and supporting key initiatives, you will contribute to optimizing parts availability and driving operational efficiency.
We want you to:
- Act as the primary liaison between Regional HQ, National Sales Companies (NSCs), and Mobis Parts Europe, ensuring effective communication and driving efficiency across the parts supply chain.
- Provide operational guidance and support to enhance market performance and ensure alignment with HQ strategies and standards.
- Support parts supply readiness for new market launches, coordinating planning and operational preparedness.
- Monitor NSCs Parts & Accessories performance, analyzing key KPIs to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities, and delivering reporting and insights to support decision‑making.
- Provide best practices, operational guidelines, and standardized frameworks to strengthen parts management and improve sales performance across markets.
- Support the rollout and follow‑up of key initiatives aimed at optimizing stock replenishment and driving operational excellence.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in the Automotive or FMCG industry, at national company or regional HQ level
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations, particularly within the automotive spare parts sector
- Knowledge of workshop and body shop operations, as well as spare parts components, would be considered a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and Power BI or similar tools for data analysis and reporting
- Customer-centric approach with full ownership of requests from initiation to completion, ensuring consistent stakeholder updates
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large and diverse data sets
- Integrity, resilience, and a data-driven approach to decision-making
- High level of interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Problem-solving orientation with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a multicultural and cross-functional environment
