Purpose of the Job
Role Summary:
Drive Hyundai’s digital and social media presence across Europe. As Social Media Channels & Content Expert (m/w/d), you shape and execute pan-European digital content and channel strategies with a strong digital-first mindset. You combine strategic thinking, content expertise, and performance-driven optimization to strengthen brand communication, improve audience engagement, and continuously evolve Hyundai’s social media ecosystem.
We want you to:
- Define and implement pan-European digital content and channel strategies with a focus on social media, governance, and infrastructure
- Develop and steer digital-first campaigns and social media content across the full vehicle lifecycle, from launch to phase-out
- Coordinate and manage pan-European content production, localization, and deployment across markets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to deliver compelling and consistent social media content and campaigns
- Drive campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance reporting across all key social and digital channels
- Continuously improve campaign performance using analytics and monitoring tools
- Explore and scale new content channels, formats, and digital trends, including platforms such as TikTok
- Oversee and optimize content management systems, tagging structures, and distribution processes across Europe
- Define and monitor digital maturity KPIs across markets, including social performance, content adaptation, CI compliance, and community management
- Develop and distribute social media and influencer guidelines to ensure brand consistency across local markets
- Support and guide markets and agency partners on all aspects of digital communication, content development, and activation
- Drive community management excellence and support the growth and engagement of Hyundai’s digital communities
About you:
- University degree in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in ATL, Campaign Management, or Digital Marketing roles
- Strong experience in digital-first campaign strategy and social media ecosystem management
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, content formats, digital trends, and customer engagement strategies
- Experience in campaign performance analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking
- Strong understanding of content production workflows, asset management, and multi-market localization processes
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and agency steering skills
- Strong analytical mindset combined with creativity and storytelling capabilities
- Structured, proactive, and results-oriented working style with strong ownership mentality
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
