Role Summary:
As a Sales Training Manager (m/f/d), you will drive the Pan-European sales training strategy, designing impactful learning programs and managing high-quality digital and in-person training delivery. You will oversee LMS operations, ensure strong data reporting, and translate insights into performance-focused solutions. Working closely with internal teams, markets, and external partners, you will strengthen dealer capabilities, support customer experience improvements, and elevate sales performance across the region.
We want you to:
- Define and deliver a Pan-European sales training strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Create and update sales training curricula, including program design, certification paths, and trainer standards.
- Lead the development of training content, digital assets, and e-learning modules tailored to market needs.
- Ensure effective delivery through the right mix of formats, including workshops, e-learning, and role-play sessions.
- Oversee LMS operations, maintain high-quality training data, and produce insightful dashboards and KPIs.
- Analyze training effectiveness and link learning outcomes to business performance and customer satisfaction.
- Support European markets with training-related issues, corrective actions, and dealer standards implementation.
- Align with internal stakeholders and manage external partners to ensure consistent and high-quality training delivery.
About you:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in training, customer experience, or network development within an international or matrix environment.
- Proven expertise in designing training programs and managing end-to-end learning development.
- Strong hands-on experience with LMS platforms, including configuration, administration, and reporting.
- Confident in using training creation tools such as Articulate, Synthesia, and other AI-based solutions.
- Skilled in data analysis and translating insights into actionable learning strategies and KPIs.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and partnering with diverse stakeholders across regions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
