Purpose of the Job
Role Summary:
As our Sales Performance Lead (m/w/d), you own the revenue of the direct sales channel of MOCEAN, the Hyundai and Genesis car subscription, across our European markets. You bring a deal-closer’s mentality to a strategic role: you design the incentive structures, call strategies, and retention programs that make our telemarketing-based B2C and SME sales hit their targets – with the opportunity to shape the direct sales organization as it grows.
We want you to:
- Own the revenue and commercial performance of MOCEAN’s direct sales channel – telemarketing-based B2C and SME sales across all markets
- Design and continuously optimize incentive and commission structures that drive sales agent performance
- Develop save and win-back programs to reduce voluntary churn and grow customer lifetime value
- Analyze sales funnel performance, including speed-to-lead and lead-to-deal conversion, and remove what slows it down
- Steer external telemarketing agencies and vendors, including target setting, KPI monitoring, and performance reviews
- Build onboarding, enablement, and training programs – including call scripts and objection-handling frameworks – for external agents and future in-house teams
- Act as the product expert for MOCEAN subscription offerings, sales programs, and incentive schemes
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, CRM, Product, Finance, and Legal to remove sales barriers and improve Salesforce workflows, lead routing, and reporting
- Develop performance dashboards on sales, retention, and customer experience
About you:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field
- 6+ years of professional experience in direct sales, inside sales, or sales operations, including at least 3 years in subscription, recurring revenue, SaaS, telecommunications, or comparable high-velocity B2C/SME environments
- Proven track record in designing sales compensation and incentive models that measurably improve performance
- Experience steering telemarketing, call center, or inside sales operations, including external agencies
- Strong analytical capabilities in funnel analysis, sales reporting, and business case evaluation
- Strong understanding of customer lifetime value, churn drivers, and retention economics
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
- Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills with a strong commercial mindset
