Purpose of the Job

Administer, test, and implement computer databases, applying knowledge of database management systems. Coordinate changes to computer databases. May plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard computer databases.

Role Summary:

We are currently looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager (m/w/d) with a strong understanding of HR processes and a digital mindset to support international HR transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will lead and coordinate SAP SuccessFactors projects across multiple business units and stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery, process optimization, and sustainable digital HR solutions.

We want you to:

  • Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation and optimization projects
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and external implementation partners
  • Analyze and optimize HR processes with a focus on digital transformation
  • Building strong working relationships with global and market stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions
  • Drive workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution discussions
  • Support change management and user adoption activities
  • Coordinate testing, training, and go-live activities
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management
  • Ensure best practices and governance standards within the SAP SuccessFactors environment

About you:

  • Several years of experience managing SAP SuccessFactors projects
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and HR systems
  • Experience with one or multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Digital and international mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Experience working in international and cross-functional environments and engaging with global and local stakeholders to support the adoption of HR processes
  • Strong interest in digital trends, automation, and AI applications in HR (hands-on experience is a plus)
  • Resilience and solution orientated
  • Fluent English with other EU languages advantageous
