Job Description

Purpose of the Job

Oversee a group of stores in a district or region to meet sales, expense, and profit objectives. Areas of responsibility include both store operations and merchandising.

Role Summary:

As Network Contracts & Standards Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and governing Hyundai's European retail network standards and contractual frameworks. Working closely with Legal, Distributor Management, and market stakeholders, you will drive standards compliance, exclusivity governance, audit processes, and agreement localization while ensuring alignment with Hyundai's network strategy across Europe.

We want you to:

•    Own and continuously evolve Distributor, Retailer, and Repairer standards, ensuring alignment with Hyundai's network strategy and European market requirements.
•    Manage standards-related agreements, contractual frameworks, and governance documentation in close collaboration with Legal and business stakeholders.
•    Lead exclusivity governance, compliance monitoring, and audit processes to ensure consistent implementation across the retail network.
•    Support the localization of dealer and distributor agreements across European markets, providing expertise on standards and exclusivity requirements.
•    Benchmark dealer operations and network standards against industry best practices and translate insights into continuous improvement initiatives.
•    Prepare executive reporting on standards compliance, audit outcomes, exclusivity status, and network performance risks.
•    Define and enhance standards-related requirements for performance management tools, systems, and governance processes.

About you:

•    Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
•    5-8 years of experience in automotive retail operations, dealer network management, network development, or commercial performance roles.
•    Strong understanding of dealer and distributor standards, contractual frameworks, exclusivity requirements, and compliance governance.
•    Experience developing and implementing operating standards and supporting agreement localization within an international business environment.
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
•    Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Legal, commercial, and regional teams.
•    Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; project management experience and knowledge of performance management systems are an advantage.
