Role Summary:
As the Regulatory Risk Manager (m/w/d), you ensure early visibility, structured monitoring, and effective alignment of regulatory implementation readiness across NSCs and plants in Europe. You translate regulatory requirements into clear execution insights, proactively identify risks and gaps, and support informed decision-making through the RCG control-tower framework.
We want you to:
- Lead the local regulatory intelligence network, ensuring defined counterparts, structured inputs and clear escalation triggers, while maintaining a disciplined information flow.
- Monitor regulatory implementation progress and readiness across NSCs and European plants, covering both EU and national regulations.
- Identify, assess and escalate regulatory risks, feasibility constraints and deviations from agreed plans, driving alignment and corrective actions where needed.
- Translate local execution realities into structured inputs for ERC and HQ reporting processes.
- Support legal interpretation and impact assessments by providing operational feasibility perspectives and implementation constraints.
- Contribute to management reporting with clear, action-oriented insights on readiness, execution status and key risks.
- Promote consistency in regulatory governance and risk management across Europe, ensuring alignment with Strategic European priorities and initiatives.
- Support the Risk & Corporate Governance regulatory control-tower function through analysis and alignment.
About you:
- University degree in Law, Public Policy, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 8–10 years of experience in regulatory compliance, governance, risk management, or operations within a multinational or multi-market environment
- Strong understanding of regulatory risks, with the ability to assess implications across markets and translate requirements into actionable plans
- Structured, analytical problem-solver with experience in readiness assessments, regulatory risk evaluation, and issue resolution
- Proven ability to align stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and coordinate across markets in an international matrix organization
- Execution-driven mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to deliver results without formal authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including analytical reporting and structured insights for senior management
- Comfortable navigating complex, dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders and evolving priorities
