Purpose of the Job

Support market research by gathering and analyzing market data and trends as well as sales data.

Role Summary:

As our new Marketing Performance Analyst (m/w/d), you lead integrated analytics and reporting, enabling smarter investment decisions and measurable business impact. You act as a key interface between Marketing, CRM, Sales, and IT, ensuring transparency, consistency, and continuous optimization across all channels and markets.

We want you to:

  • Define, track, and monitor marketing KPIs across brand, media, digital, CRM, and performance marketing activities
  • Deliver integrated performance reporting and generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns and media investments
  • Ensure high data quality, consistent tracking, and standardized reporting across European markets
  • Translate complex data into clear recommendations and compelling stories for senior stakeholders
  • Build and align processes between HQ and markets to improve transparency, efficiency, and performance
  • Coordinate reporting and analytics alignment with Global HQ
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses across the full funnel, including customer journeys, conversion, and channel effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Media, CRM, Sales, and IT teams to support data-driven decision-making
  • Drive the development of data infrastructure, dashboards, and reporting solutions (BI, CRM, CDP)
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to support data and digital transformation initiatives
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to continuously improve marketing effectiveness

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, media analytics, or data analysis in a corporate, agency, or consultancy environment
  • Experience in the automotive industry, ideally within an OEM
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing (media, social, website, CRM)
  • Proven experience working in multi-market or international environments
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, including data modelling
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
  • Experience with marketing data sources (ad platforms, GA4/Adobe Analytics, CRM, CDP systems)
  • Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and performance measurement frameworks
  • Experience with marketing/media mix modelling is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI and advanced analytics applications in marketing is an advantage
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, solution-oriented team player with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
