Purpose of the Job
Role Summary:
Drive impactful 360° campaigns across Europe. As our new Integrated Marketing Campaign Planner (m/w/d), you lead the planning, production, and operational execution of integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL and digital channels. Working closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, and Global HQ, you ensure consistent messaging, strong market relevance, and seamless campaign deployment across European markets.
We want you to:
- Lead pan-European 360° campaign planning, production, and operational execution across ATL, BTL and digital channels
- Develop and manage campaign assets across Film, Print, Digital, OOH, POS, and other communication touchpoints
- Create integrated campaign concepts with a strong digital-first and programmatic advertising mindset
- Collaborate closely with Media, Digital, Brand Experience, Product, and Strategy teams to ensure aligned communication planning
- Coordinate and lead production shoots as well as campaign localization across European markets
- Manage campaign budgets, cost tracking, and resource allocation throughout all project phases
- Steer and brief creative agencies to deliver innovative and high-impact campaigns
- Ensure consistency in campaign messaging, tonality, product positioning, and visual identity across all channels
- Align closely with Global HQ on campaign deployment, localization, and communication priorities
- Develop campaign ad-kits and support markets throughout the localization process
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reporting to optimize effectiveness
- Support management presentations, ad hoc requests, and cross-functional communication initiatives
About you:
- University degree in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3-5 years in ATL or Campaign Management roles
- Strong experience in pan-European 360° campaign planning and execution
- Solid understanding of digital-first marketing and programmatic advertising strategies
- Experience managing campaign production across multiple channels and formats
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with agencies, production partners, and multi-market environments
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and performance tracking
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a structured, proactive working style
- Creative thinker with a strong sense for integrated marketing and brand consistency
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
