Role Summary:
As the Business Strategic Planner (m/w/d), you generate and analyze key information to support the inventory management of various items and material volumes. You rely on consumption data, available stock levels, and activity planning to assess material turnover, improve purchase planning, and ensure stock requirements are accurately forecasted and managed.
We want you to:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Manufacturing, Product, and other stakeholders to align and optimize strategic business targets including production and shipment planning, stock flow, and CO₂ targets.
- Assess the impact of volume and product mix changes on CO₂ targets and financial outcomes.
- Recommend volume reallocation and product mix optimization to support compliance and business goals.
- Manage production and shipment planning across models and regions.
- Prepare and present monthly reports on orders, production, and shipments to management.
- Lead sales and production coordination meetings and resolve supply or operational challenges.
- Track and analyze sales forecasts versus actuals, identifying gaps and improvement actions.
- Support operational decision-making through detailed sales analysis and compliance insights.
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning, including production, parts, and new business proposals to headquarters.
- Evaluate plant investment plans and their impact on capacity and efficiency
- Oversee logistics flow from plants to compounds and support system improvements and issue resolution.
- Analyze and interpret EU CO₂ regulations, ensuring alignment of business plans with compliance requirements.
- Monitor short-, mid-, and long-term CO₂ performance and compliance risks.

About you:
- University degree, ideally at Bachelor’s or MBA level
- 5+ years of experience in a position requiring data analysis and reporting
- Achievement-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on driving results
- Innovation-driven approach, with the ability to support continuous improvement
- Strong social and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support coworkers, adapt to others, and make convincing arguments
- Good communication skills, combined with self-insight and awareness
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint reporting
- Ability to manage complex situations, with operational planning skills across supply, shipment, wholesale, retail, and stock management
- Knowledge of European automotive industry trends, including electrification, and the automotive product planning cycle is appreciated
