Job Description

Role Summary:

As the Business Analytics Specialist (m/w/d), you will analyze dealer network performance and provide data-driven insights to improve retail channel effectiveness. You will develop analytical models, monitor performance, and deliver reporting to support informed decisions on dealer performance, sales effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and retail network development.

We want you to:

  • Analyze dealer and retail channel performance, identifying trends, opportunities and areas requiring improvement.
  • Support the testing and validation of analytical models, scoring methods, and risk thresholds.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, including sales performance, target achievement, customer satisfaction and dealer financial metrics.
  • Support root-cause analysis under the guidance of business experts
  • Develop and maintain regular performance reports, dashboards and business reviews for management and key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of reporting and analytical processes.
  • Support network development initiatives through data-driven analysis and recommendations.
  • Collect, validate and consolidate data from internal systems, dealer databases and other relevant sources.
  • Setup mechanisms to automize data quality checks for identification of inconsistent or unusual data
  • Track dealer performance against business objectives and support the identification of improvement actions.
  • Provide analytical support for dealer network planning, optimization, and development projects.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations in a clear and actionable manner to business stakeholders.
  • Leverage Microsoft Excel and Copilot to automate reporting, improve data analysis, and increase efficiency.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all reporting activities.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or another relevant academic discipline

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in related fields

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience using Microsoft Copilot or AI-assisted analytical tools

  • Sound knowledge of Python as a plus

  • Experience and knowledge about Automotive Industry as a plus

  • Fluent English, written and spoken

  • Strong analytical mindset and data affinity, with the ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable business insights

  • Sound business and commercial awareness, supported by critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Proactive, results-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with close attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Effective collaboration and stakeholder management skills

  • Good presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings clearly
