The Business Analyst – Europe Product Director Office plays a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across product and business activities in Europe. The position combines business intelligence, data analytics, product profitability analysis, and project coordination to support strategic product decisions and performance improvement. Working closely with European and Global stakeholders, you will provide insights, governance support, and cross-functional coordination throughout the product lifecycle.
We want you to:
Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of a robust business intelligence and data infrastructure to support product and profitability decisions.
Prepare data-driven analyses, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights for the Europe Product Director Office.
Support cross-functional initiatives focused on vehicle cost competitiveness in collaboration with teams including R&D, Design, Plant, Procurement, and Product Management.
Conduct product benchmarking studies and recommend opportunities to improve vehicle profitability and business performance.
Support business case reviews for new vehicle models and identify profit optimization opportunities.
Contribute to corporate governance processes by providing analytical support for product-related decision-making.
Plan and monitor product project milestones, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and coordinate stakeholders across European and Global headquarters to ensure timely delivery.
Support the preparation and coordination of Product Committee meetings and associated decision-making materials.
Facilitate information sharing and alignment across functions, teams, and business entities.
About you:
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable business analyst, data analytics, or strategic project role.
Experience creating reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence tools.
Strong knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
Knowledge of data analytics and data mining methodologies.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Fluency in English. Additional European language skills or Korean language skills are advantageous.
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
Proven project management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional activities.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work successfully across multicultural and international teams.
Solution-focused approach with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities.
Open-minded attitude with the confidence to challenge assumptions and drive continuous improvement.
