Role Summary
As Sr. Strategy Leader, you will drive the translation of strategic business priorities into concrete commercial plans, leading cross-functional initiatives to shape product launches, market strategies, and customer engagement while providing data-driven insights to support long-term growth.
We want you to:
- Translate Regional and HQ strategies into market-specific commercial plans, including volume targets, model mix, pricing positioning, and customer engagement initiatives
- Support the definition and execution of NSC sales and marketing strategies, ensuring full alignment with brand objectives and local market dynamics
- Develop and present robust business plans and forecasts, leveraging financial analysis, volume planning, and KPI tracking (e.g. retail/wholesale, order intake, stock levels)
- Lead and coordinate new model launches and lifecycle actions (launch, facelift, run-out), ensuring cross-functional readiness across Sales, Marketing, Dealer Network, and After Sales
- Ensure strong governance and execution discipline, coordinating internal stakeholders and monitoring milestones, risks, and performance
- Conduct competitive and market intelligence, including pricing, incentives, product positioning, and campaign benchmarking
- Monitor market performance and customer trends, providing actionable insights on demand drivers, channel performance, and macroeconomic impacts
- Support the optimization of dealer network performance, contributing to commercial programs, standards, and customer experience initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement of NSC processes, policies, and reporting, enhancing efficiency and alignment with HQ guidelines
- Act as a key interface with HQ and regional teams, ensuring consistent communication, reporting, and best practice sharing
About you:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- 5–10 years of experience in automotive OEM or NSC environments, ideally in Sales Planning, Commercial Strategy, or Business Planning
- Strong understanding of NSC dynamics, including volume planning, and go-to-market execution
- Solid knowledge of automotive KPIs (retail/wholesale performance, market share, stock management, incentives) and product lifecycle management
- Proven experience in product launches and cross-functional project coordination
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business insights and recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience interacting with HQ, regional teams, and dealer networks
- Highly organized, with strong prioritization and execution capabilities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Experience in consulting or international environments is a plus
