Role Summary
As a Data Analyst Intern, you will support marketing performance analysis by evaluating campaign ROI, customer behavior, and A/B test results, while developing dashboards and actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM, SEO/SEA strategies, and drive data-informed decision making.
We want you to:
- Support the analysis of marketing campaigns ROI, identifying key drivers of performance and suggesting improvements.
- Perform CRM segmentation to understand customer behavior and tailor marketing actions.
- Contribute to the monitoring of A/B tests, analyzing results and providing actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards and reports (Tableau/Power BI) to track KPIs and campaign performance.
- Contribute to SEO and SEA performance analysis, optimizing keyword strategies, bids, and budget allocation.
- Assess the impact of Google AI campaign formats (e.g. Performance Max, Demand Gen) and provide recommendations to balance efficiency with brand goals.
- Analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and purchase patterns to optimize marketing strategies.
- Monitor CRM KPIs: DEM performance, consent acceptance, loyalty rate, repurchase rate,…
- Provide insights on brand and product perception, comparing performance with competitors and highlighting strengths and improvement areas.
- Collaborate with brand & communication, business strategy and sales teams, and when needed, with external research agencies, to ensure data-driven decision making.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, innovative methodologies, and analytics tools to support continuous improvement.
About you
- Bachelor or MSc or PhD level degree in a discipline such as computer science, machine learning, applied statistics, mathematics or engineering
- Data visualization: Tableau (must), Power BI
- Data treatment/data mining, e.g. Excel (must), SQL (must), Access
- Programming (focus on machine learning): Python (preferred), R
- 1 year of work experience in a similar role is preferred
- Demonstrated attitude for analytics
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Fluency in both Italian and English
