Role Summary
As HR Admin Intern you will provide accurate and efficient administrative support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and smooth execution of core HR processes.
HR Administration
- Support in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee data within HR systems
- Assist in drafting, collecting, and archiving HR documentation (e.g., employment contracts, amendments, onboarding documents).
- Ensure proper management and organization of personnel files, both digital and physical.
- Support administrative processes related to the employee lifecycle (onboarding, internal moves, offboarding).
Payroll & HR Operations Support
- Provide administrative support for payroll preparation (e.g., data collection, attendance tracking, variable inputs).
- Assist in monitoring absences, leaves, and time tracking systems.
Compliance & Policies
- Support in ensuring HR processes are compliant with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Assist in updating internal procedures, guidelines, and employee documentation.
- Help prepare documentation for audits and internal controls.
Employee Support
- Support onboarding processes (documentation, system access requests, welcome materials).
- Assist in offboarding processes, ensuring completion of all administrative steps.
HR Data & Reporting
- Support in preparing HR reports and dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, absences).
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR systems and reporting tools.
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Power Point)
- Orientation to results, teamwork, analysis, innovation approach, flexibility and attitude to work in a multicultural environment
- Good understanding of Italian Labor Law
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proactive attitude, reliability, and strong sense of confidentiality.
