Role Summary:
As Fleet Sales Support you will contribute to the Fleet & Remarketing Team’s activities granting a proper performances monitoring on different channels (Leasing Companies, B2B, RAC, Corporate) and reporting.
We want you to:
- Provide back-end support for Fleet Sales channel development including daily performances monitoring and coordination of the internal processes in collaboration with cross-functional departments.
- Support the implementation and management of Captive programs
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, leasing companies, and Dealers.
- Support direct sales activities, RAC (Rent-a-Car) sales management, and logistics operations (vehicle transportation and preparation).
- Conduct market analysis on new cars and LCV channels, including sales trends and competitive benchmarking
- Support Fleet, Remarketing and Mobility Services with marketing & communication activities (Corporate & Dealer Network).
- Prepare and maintain regular performance and activity reporting.
- Coordinate test drives and support Key Account Managers for corporate test drive initiatives.
- Manage Fleet Car Park activities including in-fleeting, de-fleeting, repairs, and routine maintenance
- Coordinate internal and external events (Corporate events, Product days).
- Oversee Courtesy Car Fleet operations, including fines, repairs, invoice checks , and Dealer support.
About you:
- Bacherlor’s Degree (Master is a plus)
- Minimum 2 years ofexperience in a similar role
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)
- Automotive industry experience as an advantage
