Role Summary

As Commercial Actions Expert, you will manage the planning, implementation, and performance monitoring of commercial campaigns. In this role, you will contribute to the design and execution of sales campaigns, monitor market performance, and ensure the effective management of incentive programs and retail financing strategies.You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Product teams, and external partners to support business planning, ensure financial accuracy, and drive commercial performance across the network.
 
We want you to:
  • Contribute to the definition of quarterly/monthly sales campaigns and special actions, leveraging internal performance data and competitor analysis
  • Define monthly installments and legal notes for website and advertising materials
  • Support the preparation of spending forecasts, ensuring accurate inputs for approvals and dealer circulars
  • Manage operational activities within the SAP Incentive Module, including promotion plan setup, renewal checks, and target‑bonus payments
  • Prepare quotation trend analysis, promo take‑rate assessments, and contract collection reports
  • Maintain and update competitor benchmarks and support the creation of monthly presentations for key stakeholders
  • Monitor and validate invoices from HCIT and other suppliers involved in sales campaigns
  • Draft LOIs and prepare documents for suppliers and partners
  • Ensure accurate data management in SAP, including plate number updates and document tracking
  • Coordinate eco‑incentive processes, managing dealer communication, UNRAE interactions, and fund monitoring

 

About you:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in commercial operations, sales controlling, or similar roles
  • Fluent English
  • Solid experience in monitoring sales campaigns, incentives, and retail financing processes.
  • Experience with SAP or similar systems for reporting, incentive management, and operational tracking.
  • Familiarity with market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and basic financial forecasting.
  • Proven ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Product) to ensure smooth campaign execution and reporting accuracy.
