Role Summary:
This role is key to drive Hyundai Motor Sweden sales operations. The manager of sales planning performs accurate sales planning and efficient vehicle ordering, ensure alignment between market demand, business targets, and supply and supports the Head of Sales to achieve the business performance targets of the NSC. This is a high-profile role within Hyundai operations in Sweden.
Key Responsabilities
- Secure supply to achieve sales targets
- Develop accurate monthly projections and annual sales forecasts
- Contribute to sales volume planning and target setting
- Provide clear and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
- Support the Business Planning process, including coordination with cross-functional teams and preparation of materials for Top Management and Hyundai regional head office
- Monitor and analyze automotive market trends, competitor performance, and industry dynamics
- Coordinate vehicle ordering activities in line with sales plans and demand forecasts
- Ensure alignment between demand, stock availability, and order submissions
- Monitor stock levels, pipeline, and ordering performance, proposing corrective actions when needed
- Prepare and consolidate regular and ad hoc reports to support business reviews and performance tracking
About you:
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Solid experience in forecasting and data analysis; exposure to ordering/allocation processes is highly valued
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
- Team development
- Strong Excel skills is mandatory.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience and Education
- 4–6 years of experience in Sales Planning, Ordering, Sales Operations, or similar roles in automotive field at National Sales Company Level.
- Strong understanding of the automotive market, sales dynamics, and supply processes
- University Degree (Bachelor/MBA etc.)
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
