National Corporate and B2B Sales Manager

Role Summary:
This role is responsible for shaping and executing the True Fleet sales strategy for Hyundai and Genesis, driving growth in market share, volume and customer engagement while delivering strong financial performance. You will lead and develop the New Business, Key Account and Virtual Account Manager teams, ensuring high levels of productivity, motivation and customer satisfaction.
You will oversee the performance of the Hyundai Business Centre, including lead generation, appointment setting, Customer Support Agreements, demonstrator management and ongoing Salesforce optimisation. A key focus of the role is expanding our Fleet End User database, particularly within the sub‑100 vehicle SME sector, and strengthening our competitive position through ongoing analysis of model performance across SME and corporate channels.
Success in this role means increasing conversion from live buying customers, ensuring Hyundai and Genesis products are consistently positioned as strongly as possible versus competitive OEM products .
We want you to:
- Development and deployment of strategies that deliver profitable & sustainable national True Fleet volume for Hyundai and Genesis including retailer fleet engagement and communication.
- Effective management of the True Fleet field team including the development and tracking of new business and existing customer opportunities.
- Monitor, review and influence individual activity and customer contact plans, specific model / channel targets and effective management of the fleet CRM.
- Work closely with the Contract Hire and Leasing Team to generate new incremental end user opportunities via brokers and funders
- Develop and implement Fleet CRM & Lead Generation strategy to ensure data is worked effectively including in-depth data reviews by fleet size/sector/area.
- Work closely with ROI to ensure CDB growth via raw data evolution and by ensuring tailored digital marketing is deployed, focused on SME audience.
- Manage the performance of the SME Sales Manager and the wider Virtual Account Management team on the prospect, follow and conversion of sub 100 prospects and customers.
- Create blueprint process for field team to follow in terms of contact plan, product range benefits delivery, policy positioning work, demo and driver engagement.
- Create and maintain “Sales Tool kit / Sales Evaluation Guide” with regular 1-1 and team training on key messages and best practice to follow for sales effectiveness.
- Join Field team on selective customer meetings (physical and virtual) to ensure appointment window effectiveness
- Identify field team individual training requirements and any skill/knowledge gaps and ensure plans are put in place to overcome this.
- Develop and present deal opportunities to Head of Fleet for financial approval with potential large customers that require additional support to budget sign off.
- Identify key target accounts within the corporate sector and establish route to successful contact and engagement by working with Head of Fleet and joint networking contacts.
- Development of specific strategies designed to drive performance and capability of the Hyundai and Genesis Retailer networks in regard to Local and National Fleet business according to scale and commitment of retailer. To reduce Retailer performance dispersion and maximise profitable returns for both Retailer and Hyundai Motor UK.

- Maximise opportunities via the VAM team and the Retailer network in the sub 100 SME fleet sector
About you:
- Must be an experienced Fleet Sales Manager with a proven track record of delivery in the corporate and dealer fleet and leasing sectors.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop people.
- Must have proven experience of implementing process and initiatives along with detailed fleet sales plans through people and dealer networks.
- Must be a confident and accomplished presenter with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good influencer – able to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels e.g senior management, business owners, dealership management as well as leasing company senior influencers and key account managers.
- Self-motivated; high levels of drive and hunger to achieve team and personal targets.
- Used to working under pressure to tight deadlines
