As part of Hyundai Motor Company, the world’s 3rd largest automotive manufacturer, you will take on a strategic leadership role. You will lead the national Corporate Sales organization and be responsible for accelerating Hyundai’s growth in the fleet and B2B segments across France. You will shape the B2B strategy, strengthen our market position, and build high-impact partnerships across the market.

This is a highly commercial role combining strategy, leadership and execution, within a fast-growing, innovative and international environment.

Your responsibilities :

  • Define, orchestrate and optimize the national deployment of the B2B sales strategy
  • Design and implement corporate network activation plans, focusing on B2B proximity, quality of execution, and capability development; positioning the network as a benchmark for local corporate sales
  • Collaborate with key regional stakeholders to align France B2B sales strategy with regional and global standards
  • Structure, coach and enhance the performance of the B2B sales team, defining optimization levers and arbitrate commercial activities
  • Act as the national interface with key partners, managing annual negotiations and developing framework agreements
  • Optimize the framework for KPI management and corrective action plan implementation
  • Develop the White Label B2B activity by coordinating network activation strategies with leasing counterparts
  • Manage the commercial activities across all corporate sales functions

Your profile :

  • Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent
  • 15+ years of experience, including 10+ years in automotive sales
  • Strong background in B2B automotive (OEM, leasing, fleet)
  • Solid understanding of TCO, taxation, car policies, incentives, and financing
  • Proven experience in complex negotiations and large-scale project implementation
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing field teams
  • Strong experience working with dealer networks
  • Analytical mindset with strong command of Salesforce and Excel
