Role Summary:
In this position, you will manage key True Fleet customers, build long‑term business relationships, and represent the Hyundai brand during meetings, industry events, and dealer visits. You will also identify and pursue new fleet opportunities, coordinate internal approval processes, and work closely with RAC to ensure smooth and effective cooperation. In this role, you will lead marketing initiatives within the fleet department and oversee the Employee Program for the dealer network, ensuring its consistent development and high engagement.
We want you to:
- Acting as a Key Account Manager for Hyundai True Fleet customers
- Business trips (events, dealers, clients) – meetings with dealers and clients, conferences, fleet industry events
- Searching for new fleet customers
- Internal consultation and approval of fleet conditions for brand clients
- Cooperation with RAC (volume steering, verification of cooperation rules)
- Execution of marketing activities within the Hyundai Motor Poland fleet department (initiative and full coordination)
- Coordination of the Employee Program for the dealer network
About you:
- Higher education
- At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry/fleet sales/key account management
- Knowledge and understanding of the automotive market and the latest trends
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
- English language proficiency (cooperation with English‑speaking management and Hyundai’s European headquarters, reporting)
- Valid driving license and readiness for business travel
- Independence, responsibility for assigned tasks, and a proactive approach
- Ability to set priorities and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Openness to development and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
