Role Summary
As Key Account Manager you will be responsible for Centre/South Italy, driving and developing commercial relationships with direct customers and leasing companies by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating agreements, coordinating internal teams, and monitoring performance to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
We want you to
- Manage and develop commercial relationships with direct customers and leasing companies
- Identify new business opportunities in the direct sales and leasing channel
- Negotiate commercial conditions, framework contracts and supply agreements
- Support the definition of commercial strategies dedicated to the direct and leasing channels
- Monitor sales performance and KPI analysis
- Collaborate with the legal and finance department to manage contracts and payment terms
- Carry out market analysis and benchmarking of competitors in the leasing and direct sales segment
- Participate in strategic meetings with customers to plan volumes and promotional activities
- Draw up periodic reports and presenting results to sales management
About you

- University Degree.
- 4 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Frequent travel required within the Central/Southern Italy region.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills..
