Role Summary:

In this position, you will support the company’s financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. You will work closely with various teams to provide financial insights, evaluate business proposals, and ensure accurate and timely preparation of key financial data. You will also contribute to profitability analysis, maintain essential financial reports, and support annual audit

We want you to:

• Manage indirect budgets, including reviewing budget execution proposals and monitoring utilization status.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing reports to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Business planning, including full P&L preparation.
• Forecast monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial results
• Verify promotion proposals and simulate their P&L impact
• Act as a business partner to multiple stakeholders, collaborating effectively across various teams.
• Verify new model prices proposed by the Product & Sales department, ensuring alignment with profitability goals.
• Analyze company profitability
• Create and maintain financial reports that support business operations and ensure data accuracy.
• Support the yearly audit process through precise data preparation.

About you:

• Higher education
• Min. 3 years’ experience in Controlling, Finance Analysis
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• The ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP
• Agility and ability to adapt quickly to change
• Experience in automotive industry is  preferred
• High data processing skills
• English language proficiency (cooperation with English‑speaking management and Hyundai’s European headquarters, reporting)
• Independence, responsibility for assigned tasks, and a proactive approach
• Ability to set priorities and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
• Openness to development and the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
