Role Summary:

Shape the future of Hyundai’s storytelling across Europe. As our Editorial Manager (m/w/d), you lead the development of impactful, audience-first narratives across corporate, executive, product, and lifestyle communication. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on editorial expertise, you drive modern omni-channel content experiences that strengthen brand perception, thought leadership, and audience engagement.

We want you to:

  • Lead the development and execution of modern omni-channel storytelling across corporate, executive, product, and lifestyle communication
  • Develop and produce high-quality editorial and multimedia content, including copy, video, stills, live streaming, and digital formats
  • Create compelling scripts, concepts, and scalable long-term editorial formats and content series
  • Drive the evolution of Hyundai’s corporate narratives through strategic editorial initiatives and audience-first storytelling
  • Oversee end-to-end editorial execution, from ideation and production to publication and performance analysis
  • Develop data-driven content strategies, defining KPIs, testing approaches, and optimization measures
  • Identify and implement innovative storytelling formats aligned with emerging trends and audience behavior
  • Elevate executive communication into impactful and modern thought leadership content
  • Collaborate closely with Social Media Marketing, market stakeholders, agencies, and the CEO Office
  • Support journalist experience (JX) content development, including press releases, stills, videos, and localization of global content
  • Oversee and coordinate editorial boards, production partners, social media teams, and content creators

About you:

  • University degree in Journalism, Media, Entertainment, or a related field — or equivalent journalistic/media experience
  • 12+ years of experience in editorial, media, content, or corporate communications environments
  • Strong expertise in copywriting, multimedia storytelling, and social media content creation
  • Experience in video editing, live streaming, and digital content production
  • Proven ability to develop long-term content strategies and scalable editorial formats
  • Strong understanding of digital trends, audience behavior, and performance-driven content optimization
  • Experience managing cross-functional content teams, agencies, and production partners
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level interaction
  • Creative, proactive, and highly organized with a strong sense for storytelling and brand relevance
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
